Delsy Carolina Villalta

Ms. Villalta is a passionate immigration attorney with an excellent reputation throughout the Bay Area. She is dedicated to ensuring that her clients understand the details surrounding their immigration case — a goal that she achieves by communicating with them in their language and patiently guiding them through the specifics of immigration law.

Education and Work Background

Ms. Villalta obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2005. She began working in the private sector as an immigration attorney, focusing on business immigration for over 5 years. In 2012, she decided to open her office and focus on serving the Bay Area community through the VILLALTA LAW GROUP, INC.  She works primarily on family based immigration law.  Ms. Villalta takes great satisfaction in her ability to guide a variety of clients through the complicated immigration process.

Ms. Villalta is currently a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association).

Volunteer Work and Community Outreach

Clearly committed to making her community a better place, Ms. Villalta has a long history of volunteer work. During her time as a law student, she served for over 300 hours as a volunteer for the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center, which was once known as the East San Jose Community Law Center. As a volunteer, she helped numerous Spanish-speaking clients with a wide array of immigration cases. Many of the cases she handled as a volunteer involved U visas,  VAWA, and political asylum. Additionally, she then offered her service at Bay Area Legal Aid, an organization known for its pro bono work.
